Attorney at law Michael Schmidt speaks at WBDat

WBDat GmbH, the german market leader for insolvency information and the insolvency working group of the German Credit Management association BvCM invited clients and guests to their 3rd client event at the Marriott Hotel Cologne.

The practical seminar centered on the recent modification of German insolvency law. Attorney at law Michael Schmidt, head of PASCHEN in-house practice group Insolvency Law delivered a talk concerning the increased avoidance of transactions in insolvency proceedings. The very lively discussion of the participants showed once again that this practice is constantly gaining ground.
