11th ServiCon Services Day in Berlin´s Olympic Stadium

On the 11^th ServiCon Service Day , PASCHEN Rechtsanwaelte as a long term associate of ServiCon Service & Consult eG once more presented their solutions on Claim Management for cooperatives and their members in the Jesse Owens Lounge at Olympic Stadium in Berlin.

This year specific interactive Roundtables were added to the trade exhibition. At the VIP-Roundtable “Financing for small and medium-sized businesses in a marketing cooperation – Possibilities and boundaries” attorney at law Anja Beyer remarked amongst other things, which requirements are necessary for a modern Claim Management of medium-sized businesses. A particular interest was taken again in existing possibilities to avoid transactions in insolvency proceedings and thereby save the valuable liquidity.
