E-masters annual meeting in Berlin

On September 6, Germany’s highest leading co-operation in the electrical sector / branch had its annual meeting in Berlin.

With the attendance of more than 600 represented companies and over 900 participants nearly one third of the 2000 participating member companies were represented.

At the accompanying service exhibition the attendees were provided with information on the topic of co-operation services. A special and exclusive offer to e-masters, regarding the examination of general terms and conditions, was made by PASCHEN attorneys.

On the subject “the inclusion of general terms and conditions and the risks arising when contracts are created via terms and conditions”, Dr. Jörg Schudnagies, attorney at law, lectured on the legal basis for the (applicability) usage of terms and conditions and their content review by the courts.

Additionally, at the PASCHEN exhibition stand attorneys at law Dr. Jörg Schudnagies, Michael Schmidt and Anne Stangler, were answering all questions concerning legal aspects of claim management. This offering was thoroughly taken advantage of by the attendees.
