Bar association praises PASCHEN’s commitment to trainees

Our trainees Ilona Gohl, Sabina Herber and Saskia Orlowski (from left) made the right choice: Their training as a paralegal at PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte will ideally prepare them when they enter their career. Recruitment of young talent  is very important to us and has always been a high priority. We are all the more pleased that the bar association of Berlin values this commitment and recently distinguished us for it.

By its acknowledgment of training law firms, the association combines “the hope to raise the awareness for this training occupation”. This is also an important concern for us and therefore we endeavour to counteract the shortage of skilled workers with comprehensive and high-quality training.

Our paralegals are among the best professionals in their occupation. Along with our lawyers they work in teams where each is independently responsible for the support of our clients. For that, strong expertise, great commitment and last but not least, enjoy working independently are important prerequisites. We also pay attention that the training content of our future paralegals is optimally adapted with the syllabus of the vocational school and gradually introduces it to the practice.

What makes us particularly proud: Our trainees finish their apprenticeship regularly with clearly outstanding results. Until then, Ilona and Saskia still have time, whereas Sabina has entered the final straight: She just passed her written exams and is now waiting for the results. We keep our fingers crossed!
