PASCHEN makes its Debut at Insurer’s Branch Meeting

With around 1,200 visitors and over 100 exhibitors, the exhibition congress “Claims Management & Assistance”is one of the insurance industry’s most important dates. Once more, this year’s event on the 10^th and 11^th of April at the Congress Center of the Trade Fair in Leipzig provided plenty of opportunities for exchanging new approaches in claim management, meeting new industry players, discussing new co-operations and to get in touch with service providers.

For the first time participating and as the only law firm among the exhibitors, an outlier among the trade fair participants, PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte presented at its booth its legal service regarding insurance recovery along with the applied high-developed technologies enabling electronic processing and communication with our clients. Dealing with this issue for more than a decade, PASCHEN’s legal activities concerning recovery processing which is fully digitalized for several years now are focused on trade credit and in particular legal protection. Here, PASCHEN’s recovery team deals on a large scale with the enforcement of information, payment and damages claims against lawyers.

With a vivid presentation on the extensively digitalized recovery processing for legal protection insurers, attorney at law Lutz Paschen was also part of the event’s comprehensive specialised programme.
