All-round success: 10th Credit Risk and Receivables Management Days (B2B)

The avoidance of transactions in insolvency proceedings, international credit and receivables management, and digitalization issues: these were the three main topics focused on at the 10th edition of the Credit Risk and Receivables Management Days (B2B) organized by Deutsche Kongress GmbH. The presentations also provided an opportunity for experts and attendees to exchange their experiences.

PASCHEN was represented at the three days of the event series held in Frankfurt/Main, Berlin and Munich, with contributions by attorneys at law Lutz Paschen and Carolin Jünemann. Under the title “Avoidance of transactions in insolvency proceedings after the reform – the turning point has been reached” they described to the participants, on the basis of cases from their daily practice, what improvements the reform has brought for the rights of creditors, what new options for creditors result from the reform of the avoidance of transactions in insolvency proceedings and how the judicial practice has changed. Their key advice to creditors seeking the best possible benefit from the reform: Make more intensive use of so-called “cash transactions” and of the new regulation on payment agreements. This topic was met with lively interest among the audience and led to an engaging discussion following the presentation.

All in all, it was a well-attended and successful event series that left a lasting impression on both the audience and the speakers.
