„Insolvenzgläubigertage“ have convinced

Qualitative lectures, useful expert tips and stimulating conversation marked the third and final event of this year for the first time we held “Insolvenzgläubigertage”. After Munich and Oberursel, on June 23 numerous visitors from different fields had the opportunity to be informed about current issues around insolvency and to learn they have the possibility to influence from a creditor’s point of view and how they can take better advantage of their creditor’s rights in the future.

Moderator and initiator of the event, Lutz Paschen, attorney of law at PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte, led sovereign through the agenda, which was filled with interesting specialized lectures. Meanwhile there was more than enough time to discuss new insights with colleagues. In particular, the chance to come together in conservation with lawyers and the speakers of the event was endorsed. The wide range of topics was also well received. “Our expectations of the event series were even exceeded”, summarized Bernhard Klier, manager of Deutsche Kongress, which co-organized the event. “All in all, we had more than 200 participants. There were a lot of questions and good discussions.” The networking aspect of the “Insolvenzgläubigertage” is important to him: “Now everybody should know who he can talk to in case of an emergency in insolvency.”

Nothing is standing in the way for the “Insolvenzgläubigertage” in 2016, Lutz Paschen implies: “We want to continue next year where we left off today. We hope, that the “Insolvenzgläubigertage” will develop into a long-standing event series.”
