BUJ study: In-house counsels recommend PASCHEN

PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte is once again one of the most highly recommended German law firms. In this year’s representative study „kanzleimonitor.de – Empfehlung ist die beste Referenz“ of the Federal Association of in-house counsel e.V. (BUJ) the law firm performed very well again. Ranked 11th in the previous year, PASCHEN made a huge leap forward and now ranks now 2nd in the category of Hidden Champions. In contract law, PASCHEN, together with Germany’s biggest lawfirm CMS, ranks 2nd in the Eastern region, in insolvency law, PASCHEN shares 5th place with KPMG Law, Menold Bezler, and Noerr, and ranks No. One of  the recommendations of companies with a turnover of <1 trillion.

When it comes to insolvency law, German attorney at law Michael Schmidt enjoys the greatest trust among the country’s in-house lawyers. As the year before, the head of PASCHEN’s practice group Insolvency law was awarded first place in the ranking of all lawyers recommended in this category.

For the current study conducted by Frankfurt’s media group dfv together with the magazine “unternehmensjurist” and with the advice of Prof. Dr. Peter Körner, Director Corporate Legal Insights (CLI) in Frankfurt, more than 5,000 in-house lawyers from legal departments of 931 companies, associations and societies of all major sectors and size categories represented in Germany were surveyed. More than 10,744 recommendations were collected, including more than 8,400 for domestic lawyers and law firms alone.
