Corporate lawyers recommend PASCHEN once again

In 2025, PASCHEN Rechtsanwälte once again ranks among the top firms in the Kanzleimonitor 2025-2026 study published by the German Institute for Legal Departments and In-house Counsel (diruj).

PASCHEN has been one of the leading law firms in insolvency law for 10 years now and is on a par with numerous multinational full-service law firms in this field. PASCHEN partner and head of the Insolvency Law Practice Group, Michael Schmidt, has once again been personally recommended as a leading lawyer in insolvency law this year.

This year’s study by the diruj Deutsches Institut für Rechtsabteilungen und Unternehmensjuristen GmbH, a company of the Frankfurt-based dfv media group, involved 686 companies from 28 industries with a weighted total recommendation score of 10,603 in 32 areas of law. The study thus achieves a broad and representative basis in the German economy. The recommendations come exclusively from the legal departments of the companies themselves and underline the relevance of tips and advice based on personal experience.
