Territorial scope of the insurance: throughout Europe for all activities of all German offices, but not in connection with Non-European law.

The following professional legal standards relevant for exercising our profession apply:

• the Professional Code of Conduct for Practicing Lawyers (BORA)
• the Regulations for Specialist Lawyers as well as
• the Act on the Remuneration of Attorneys (RVG) and
• for the area of international legal transactions, the “Code of Conduct for European Lawyers” (CCBE regulations).
